Ninth consecutive year
The distinction is awarded for the ninth consecutive year, and recognises companies that consistently perform highly and receive excellent reviews from guests on TripAdvisor over the past year. Recipients of a Certificate of Excellence are restaurants, accommodation facilities and tourist attractions worldwide, that have consistently delivered a high level of customer service.

What does the award mean?
The Certificate of Excellence takes account of the number of reviews, their quality and how recent they are. The reviews have been left by travellers on TripAdvisor over a period of 12 months. To qualify for the award, the company must maintain an average TripAdvisor rating of at least 4 out of 5, have a particular number of reviews, and have been on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
